Worn items or items with sign of usage can NOT be returned/exchanged. Items that are purchased USED are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Kindly contact us as soon as possible via email or phone, and we will gladly provide you with the instruction for the return/exchange.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us for an authorization number, otherwise your return/exchange will NOT be processed.

Do NOT ship the item back in Regular/Business envelope with a stamp on it. Regular/Business envelopes are processed through Postal machines at high speeds, which will cause damages to item. In this case(damaged item), your request for an Exchange/Refund is no longer applicable.
