What is your return Policy?
Item must be returned within: 3 Days of receipt. Refund will be given through Paypal ONLY within 14 days after receiving the returned item(s)!! Restocking Fee: 25% of original cost of item(s) NOT including shipping costs. Return policy details: In event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original item(s) undamaged and in re-saleable condition. All refund requests must be submitted within 3 business days of recieving the product. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No. None of these items for sale are taxed.

Some of these items are used and some are new. In each item description, this will be stated.

No. Not at this moment.

How long does it take after I place my order before it is shipped?
Products are usually shipped out the next business day. Except for holidays (Christmas Day, New Years Day, etc.) Insurance for fragile items will only be added if buyer wishes and MUST specify upon payment. Seller is not responsible for damaged items.

Do you provide Express or overnight mail?
Yes. Extra fees applies. You will need to make this specification upon payment. DO NOT FORGET TO DO THIS!! Please go to www.usps.com for more information on these charges.

I purchased more than one item from your store, do you provide combined shipping?
Yes. Combined shipping is available. After you have made your final selections, all items will be shipped in one box, unless an item is too large. Also, if there was a shipping charge for per item and you made multiple orders that can be shipped in one box, I WILL refund you the extra shipping fee after you make the purchase. I will get back to you via email and let you know how much the final shipping price is. I always use flat rate PRIORITY boxes for shipment on multiple items if they can all fit. :) YOU SAVE more this way.

Do you accept personal checks?
No. We do not currently accept personal checks or any other forms of checks.

Do you provide a tracking number with each order?
If payments are made using the PayPal check out, only then will you recieve a FREE tracking number for your purchased items. If you wish to have a tracking number provided to you, please send me an email with your order number and I will add tracking for an additional fee.

Do you provide insurance?
Yes. Additional fees are required after a request has been submitted for insurance for items. After you make your purchase, please be sure to contact me and I will have an invoice sent to you with the insurance fee for your item(s).

Where is my package?
I usually ship the next business day after payment is received, and most of the time it is with USPS priority mail. Tracking number is always provided for anyone who pays using PAYPAL checkout. Please check USPS website to track your item (s).
